TM-shooter Cure Black Label A-EX ALL clear (with TLB)

As far as I am aware, this is the first time that anyone has 1cc'd expert on this game with the TLB. This isn't because it's particularly hard, but rather that this fangame is so obscure.
Took the better part of a day to get this clear. By far the hardest part is the TLB requirements - you can get to the s4 boss with max resources and it still fucks you up half the time. Glad that I had the presence of mind to take the hit and keep my level 9 to blast through it.
The TLB was trainwreck city lol but it's still p easy once you learn what to do, i've 1M2B'd it in practice just by bringing a level 9 hyper
