We have IPC Section 209 that can be filed against people who file frivolous lawsuits. BUT our INDIAN LAW does not enforce that strongly. There is no consequence for filiing false litigation suits to the culprits in India. OUR JUDICIARY is the breeding ground for all such extortion, blackmail and mental torture .

Seeing this I am afraid of getting married. My parents are convincing me to get married on daily basis (as I am 30+) and I already dont want to get married because of expected increase in additional responsibility and above video is giving one more reason to not marry entire life. Currently my life is going peacefully, I prefer living alone so I dont have urge of having a life partner. Also his face, hair style, profession, even headphones all looks similar to myself, so I am relating it to myself even more. Feeling really sad listand his story and feeling angry on the girl's side family and the Indian justice system. On top of whats already covered, such false rape cases also increases the count of rape cases in India and makes India take one of the top ranked countries with most rape cases.
