TheBestKing Should maybe check out cases like the Bitfenix Prodigy which is a mini-ITX case that looks awesome and is very small and portable, get an FX-8350 or i7-4770k if you have the cahs, 990FX/Z87 board, 16GB RAM and an SSD and you're good to go for an editing PC and will only be like $700 depending which way you go (AMD/Intel) and whether you need a GPU for certain programs for using it to render, but still about a third of the price of the Mac Pro.

imKonroi I was using a 500 GB Blue drive for the longest time, but that changed when I was installing an app and trying to use iTunes at the same time. The SSD isn't for the boot time, even though it still takes 12 seconds. If you want your system to respond instantaneously, then get the SSD. I was using my dad's PC with twice as much RAM as mine and a better CPU, but it still felt sluggy and unresponsive. What I have in my setup is the 256 GB Samsung 840 Pro, and a 2 TB Green Drive, and my old 500 GB Blue. With this, you still get the speed of an SSD, but still have a whole bunch of storage space.

I only have a HP PC with a really shitty AMD Dual core processor with an integrated GPU which runs like complete shit. I have always dreamed of owning my own High-performance Gaming pc. and just recently I have been having PC performance issues. and I am in desperate need of a new gaming rig. I really can't afford a $2000 dollar beast of a rig but something along the line that has a Intel i7 maybe something that can keep up with the high end graphics not something that makes PC gaming look stale but makes it to where I do not have to worry about "Specs" and shit. I have always owned factory tuned PC's and I absolutely fucking hate it.
