trev the key to managing stamina is to make sure all of your strikes land, even if they're blocked because whiffing is detrimental to it. also when on the ground take it bit slower trying to get up dont spam it. love the work homie

Trev, the point of the elbow is to cut the eyebrow, so blood leaks into the eye and the fight needs to be stopped due to your opponent can't see anymore cus off the excessive blood in his eye
