I’m in the medical industry and my company’s product is specifically designed to catch lung cancer early… it’s a tough process. A lot of people don’t realize that the survival rate is extremely low, and more advancements need to happen to prevent more stories like your moms. Too many times I have seen people get diagnosed with stage 3 or 4 out of nowhere. I pray that you and your family find peace and strength. Stay strong T, I went through this in 2020-2021 with my father was diagnosed with Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer. If you haven’t ever dealt with a parent that is going to die no matter what they do to help them it is an emotional roller coaster to say the least. Not only do you have to deal with losing a parent which has been a humbling experience for me I also lost my hero. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about him or have a question he could answer but he is no longer able to. Be praying for you T and hope you receive the strength to endure and stay strong for your mom and yourself.
