Thanks! I have my orientation scheduled on Oct 7, 2024 😩 kinda nervous over the tarp, I havent been active in a few weeks since I been focusing on CDL school. Will sure start getting active before going to Orientation.

You got this bro. It helps to be in shape but it's more important to be attentive on how he demonstrates the lift technique. Cause you may be able to get the tarp over your shoulder, but the technique you used may cost you if not done in the instructed standard. Try to mimic as much as possible and try not to show much struggle. Good luck 👍🏾
