Or the followup with The Kambucha guy and Dahr Man. Once they had enough pull to collab, it doesn't make sense to go all in on people quite as hard. They have not gone as hard as they did with Agit Pai, Jake Paul, the Christian girls, and the others I mentioned. They have a new line. They clown but walk back or hedge their jokes so it's not too scathing. It's smart to have a broader audience and collaborate with lots of other creators. Why do you think actors always talk each other up in interviews and have nothing bad to say about producers and directors. It's bad for show business.

@PossibleBat2 жыл бұрын
Okay so as a European, y’all don’t understand what jousting was about, IT WAS about hot knight’s fighting each other for most likely the king or queen’s favor, and being a jousted knight was seen as hot by medieval ladies DEF lmao

@rexana_rexana2 жыл бұрын
It was also because Jousting was a lot about status. You had the money for a horse, armor, and training? That's what made you hot. Also if you won that means you had skill, so also hot. It's interesting because you actually get a penalty for injury to the horse, 1) Because your goal is to knock the rider off 2) But Horsie SO EXPENSIVE!! MY HORSE! MY WEE HORSIE!! (That's actually a thing, medieval nobles cared a lot about their horses not so much cause they loved them but because of How expensive they were. To nobles they were not working animals, they were status symbols.)
@PossibleBat2 жыл бұрын
@@rexana_rexana exactly that’s why some jousts were actually sponsored by richer lords to represent them, basically medieval sugar daddies
Okay? That has nothing to do with these shows though because the shows are for an audience which contains a lot of children and are meant to be family friendly fun. the whole situation with that tiktok knight guy is so funny to me, like, he knows what he’s doing and kudos to him for cashing out on that i follow him on tiktok but not very closely, i mostly just come across his costume-making lives with his friend (might be the green knight?) who is in a lot of his content, and it’s interesting to hear them talk about the costume making and leather working processes but honestly his own original comedic content is not funny at all to me and i don’t think it’s made me laugh once he’s kind of only funny in an indirect way

Medieval Times is so filthy gross. I had a friend that worked at the one in Toronto. He said the food comes out of the same wide doors that the horses do. So the horses would take massive dumps back there and the waiters would just trench through it on their way to serve the guests. People would get sick all the time from eating at Medieval Times, it was like a well known fact, you go to MT you are getting food poisoning. This was a long time ago tho so maybe its changed but theres no way I would ever go.

that medieval fight was totally choreographed, actually sword fights look way goofier and involves a lot more blunt force trauma. edit: glad they found videos of actual fighting, because it does look hella goofy. Sword fights in full armor are lame pussy shit, the armor is MEANT TO PROTECT FROM SWORDS. The real action is hammers or polearms for full suit combat because blunt weapons are made to combat suits of armor. Dent that shit in ya know? Fuck I want to fight in a suit of armor now.

I always wondered that. They designed those medieval MMA fights to be sorta real, but they pair full plate with the weapon that does almost nothing against full plate. And they can't even thrust! So they end up using the sword as blunt weapons. Why not go with a rubber mace or axe? Makes no sense to me.
