That Conan-Courtney interaction looked different than what Carrot Top presents here. Conan was very supportive, he asked about the movie, asked why she decided to do a movie (he said with Carrot Top but he quickly corrected himself and said that he has nothing against CT, he just doesn't know him and wanted to learn her reasons to this particular movie so it didn't come across as shitting on CT). And Chairman of the board wasn't a great movie, it's got 2.3/10 on IMDB. Of course, all the best to Carrot Top and so on, I just think he took a wrong impression from that interview. Norm was a beast, super quick with his responses and he really destroyed that interview.
