Hi, Venezuelan here! Capybaras aren’t really eaten in the whole country. I would say that they are a dish probably on the Eastern side of the country since that’s where their habitat is. I’m from the western side and I can assure you I have never tried it nor is it common lol. Fun fact, capybaras are called Chigüire (chee-wee-reh) in Venezuela 😊

I work for a urology clinic. Ball transplants aren’t common person to person for ethical reasons. However, our surgeons often implant a prosthetic for post-cancer, people who were only born with one testicle, or accidents etc.

I grew up catholic and can confirm during lent you are not supposed to eat meat on certain days but fish is allowed. You’re also supposed to give something up for x amount of days. People usually give something up that’s unhealthy like soda etc. I believe it signifies when Jesus was hung on the cross and he wasn’t able to consume meat but I guess somehow they got fish up there idk don’t quote me on that Lmao

yes the moon affects tides but whether it is a new moon or full moon has to do with the sun angle.. the moon is always the same distance from the earth, so it is a consistent force. we pass by it once a day and the sun angle changes by the moon rotating around the earth which takes 27 days and the moon phases take 29 days since it has to travel to follow earth around the sun. but the moon phases has nothing to do with if it is close far, or any different day to day or month to month to be able to have any effect on you and your life that would change other tahn the same thing every day

Re: Astromagic. I'm fine with the gravity effecting tides and that translating to having some effect on our wet meatbags. I'd still chaff at someone having broken it all down, worked out the source code into a way to make predictions. Don't think I've heard an astro-physicist do a proper scientific take down of it, only seen rolled eyes and one liners before moving on to something worth their time, but, would be interested to hear one address how much of the gravitational waves effect we experience is down to the moon and how much the other planetary bodies exert all the way to Earth. The horoscopes are ruddy awful though, Barnum statements, you could read any of the other eleven horoscopes and they'd have as much relevance. An Irish comedian that's into science di a bit on it, said as how horoscopes are worse than racism. Slotting people into one of twelve types.
@natalie30712 жыл бұрын
if you're referring to modern sun sign horoscopes then i would be inclined to agree, but legitimate astrology has over 77 billion possible combinations of planetary arrangements and over 540 septillion possible combinations if you go by the degree of each planet. making it much more unique than what newspaper horoscopes tries to condense into something more palatable! 😋
