re antibiotics - i hate them too - but they did also save my life from sepsis - and i would've died without them. but yes i avoided them like the plague cuz now i have eczema all over my hands and reoccurring thrush 😭😭sadly fermented foods make my eczema worse. anyway just wanted to say theyre a blessing and a curse x this video was like a warm hug thank you!

Re: vaginismus I had it bad because of endo and SA. Therapy helped (psychotherapy) and also a pelvic floor therapist. I think most of the benefit came from the mental therapy though ❤

The recommendation to cut off a distant friend broke my heart. If you're in this situation, please consider that you're friend may be struggling. Depression and anxiety can really fk with people and cause them to isolate themselves. Your friend could also have found themself in an abusive relationship where their partner is isolating them from their support systems. There are so many things that could be at play, and there's such a small chance that it is actually them consciously deciding not to be your friend anymore. People who become distant more often than not just need your support and love during a hard time, don't cut them off, let them know you're there if they need you.

If you're able to see a pelvic floor physical therapist, that's my best vaginismus tip!! I have a really severe case due to my endometriosis, and PT has been so so helpful. Otherwise, CBD suppositories are amazing.

I think you need a certain lack of social anxiety to be able to confidently channel someone else. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m too nervous to be able to “pretend” to flirt when confronted with an anxiety inducing situation - it just wouldn’t come to me, I wouldn’t be able to act. I think a lot of people’s social anxiety is too deep to be able to simply answer “Fake it till you make it”. I don’t think there’s necessarily a cure, but if there is, it definitely comes from within oneself rather than from masking it.
