Let me tell you why emi is right even when tou have cash Let's say you have 1000 emi for 10 months If you pay 12% interest on it And on the other hand put that 1 lakh in mutual fund or your busines the money might grow beyond 1.12 lakhs after 10 months the emi would vanish after 10 months but money would keep on growing after 10 months as well

Everything in this okay but 20km/day on an average is way less. It's very conservative distance to travel and if your daily commute is 20km/day. And if your daily commute is this low better go for lord splendor.
