So the rabbit guy’s name is usagi yojimbo he comes from a world where anthropomorphic animals populate an eastern inspired land. He started in his own comic but he's made appearances throughout tmnt media as a rabbit Ronin. So the splinter in the video is from the series of Rise of the tmnt (2018). He's basically a Bruce Lee like superstar called loujustu in that version but when he got mutated he kinda of let his health and body go overtime. His arc though throughout the show is him getting his shit together and he can scrap. Also yeah mutant mayhem is the newest movie and its really good
