Connect it just like you would any WiFi find the name of the hotspot on your tablet and then put in the password and then it should connect.. 😎👍

When the Data icon is flashing, that means you are experiencing poor connection, which is why you do not have internet connection.. 😎👍

Turn off your phone, remove and re-insert the SIM card, wait 30 seconds, and then turn your phone back on.

Charge it make sure your Sim Card is activated and in the hotspot and then hold the button on the front of the hotspot 😎👍

What SIM card service are you using?

Take out the SIM card and put it back in.. if that doesn’t work.. Go ahead and Turn the device on. Insert a paperclip into the Factory Reset Pinhole. Press the Factory Reset Pinhole for 6 seconds and release. The device will reset and restart. Then see what shows 😎👍
