I love you doctor. Your videos have helped me a lot. It is strange how when you stay up a whole night your depression abates. I need to make an appt but I am in California.

Considering that I started adulthood, I couldn`t get enough proper sleep. This *4InsomniaCure. Com* sleep plan has revealed me great outcomes even on my very first 7 days of usage. I thought there is no cure to this situation I have. I thought getting 8 hours of sleeping is impossible to achieve. This plan is surely wonderful. It tells various reasons and also a solution for several cases of sleep problems. I`ve got loads of medication programs out there..

I had dreadful insomnia for Nine months, the only method I could sleep was by taking medications. Finally my physician advised this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* I had been sleeping like a baby by week Five. Those who have suffered from insomnia for quite a long time must also try this. My sleep was brought back on track!?

Its like the other person see me on bed for 10 straight and think he slept well but the reality is most of those hours i am either trying to sleep or wake up a million times which reduce my hours of sleep to half and make me groggy!...😣

Ever Since I started adulthood, I couldn`t sleep well. I began this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* 1 week ago and found good improvements in my sleep. I slept for 8 hours last night, for the first time in ages. This program`s simply wonderful. I read about the causes of insomnia and various ways to cure it. So you could select what works for you.?

I didn’t know this... that’s what happened to me. Got cured from depression but because of delayed sleep patterns mt sleeping time has been moving like once a month and ended up depressed again.

I have insomnia and sometimes have difficulty waking up. Other times I wake too early. I have MDD and an anxiety disorder. My sleep was bad enough for my doctor to order a sleep study. I found out that I have Obstructive Sleep Apnia. My CPAP helps some, but I still get insomnia. I sometimes have a hard time falling asleep. I tend to be "wired" at night. I may be sleey or tired but I think too much. I get distracted easily.

“My insomnia came out of nowhere. I was 35 when it started. My family didn’t understand why all of a sudden I wasn’t as happy as I used to be. I was just too tired! I found the *4InsomniaCure. Don't take Zolpidem. You will only need more and more and more. It made me dependent and very mushy during the day.

For those of you who have insomnia like myself. Please for goodness sake don’t take meds. Just change up your routine and stop thinking about it. The more you resist it, the worst it gets. Your mind will sleep when it’s ready.

Also, poor sleeping can have other causes. Light in the room, going to bed too late. problems in life, trauma, worries, stress.

I have a odd case. not sure what it is. they thought it was ssri induced mania.. but it was not.. 20 meds I think tried on me in under 2 years. Over a bad reaction to zoloft. I took for two weeks. 25mg and 50 mg. Only met a tiny few like me. No one knows what this is. I have horrible insomnia. I had to go to the ward over it. It started with the zoloft. I was so alert and could hardly close my eyes. Pacing ect...
@TzadikTheManic4 жыл бұрын
My insomnia is due to depression/agitation and so on but if you’re sure the Zoloft didn’t trigger mania, the timing could be coincidental, or not - could involve your thyroid or adrenaline/adrenal gland - I’d consider seeing an endocrinologist; I’ve been meaning to myself, because my mental illnesses are treatment-resistant & thus I’m looking for answers still :/
@jsjs64884 жыл бұрын
@@TzadikTheManic Sorry that you are also going through this mess. I honestly do not know what to do. I have to try cbt-i/sleep restriction again. I really have no sleep drive at all. I slept great my entire life. Have an exact date this all happened. And the date the sleeping stopped for that week. Its such a mess.. Very confusing.

I`m a victim of insomnia for more than 2 yrs and I thought the issue cannot be resolved. This sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* was suggested to me by a cognitive behavioral therapist. Dr. M I desperately wish I could talk to you, about all my issues. Unfortunately I don’t think you check the comments but it’s understandable w a practice like yours. I’ve had insomnia for over 20 yrs, and making matters worse I’m always agitated, & late @ night it only increases. I won’t sleep *at all* unless I take 2-3 mg of klonopin - even then I’m up til 5 am, & with TRDepression I end up staying in bed all day - getting out of bed is pure dread. A viscous cycle indeed :( Wish I could afford to see you - as I said in a separate comment I feel like I can’t do this much longer - I’m not living life.

Exercise that raises heart rate everyday, MORNING sunlight for about 10-15 minutes to help regulate your circadian rhythm are critical, and creating a routine with a bedtime routine. meditation can really help... long term insomnia indicated a lifestyle change is needed. I also had insomnia for 15 years. Needed to make significant lifestyle change to address it. It took months, and was hard but it is the underlying issue.

Why is it that when I take ambien i feel dead the next day? Like no emotions, only irritability and dissatisfaction. I also get that from benzos but it's not as bad as with ambien. It's like I never wake up and im just in this fog all day. I have a history of depression and insomnia.

Read a very boring book. And you will sleep. If you have worries preventing you sleep. Do this trick: "I think about this tomorrow, now I will sleep, and then when you wake up, then you think about the problem, if you want to bring back the worries". You need to trick yourself. It won't work on the first night you start this trick, but it will work gradually.
