The back entry into the bedroom area has a place to hang your coat, but nothing for guests when the come in the front door, though there could be. A powder room opening directly into a living area is not private! Accessing it via the laundry room wouldn't be great, but it would be better than the current arrangement.

Perfect. Spacious. Love kitchen cabinet space and laundry room. Would have bed in larger bedroom under window without headboard and another closet or desk on other bedroom wall. Otherwise my favorite in a long time looking at these small houses. Would suit me so nicely

I would enter the half bath through the laundry rather than the living area for more privacy.

I like this one. There are a few things I would change but overall it is nice. I particularly like that the bedrooms aren't sharing a wall.

Is a nice design but needs a place at the front for guests to have a place for coats & etc. I would switch dining room ( which has the front door ) with living room.

In frame 7:42 I would switch places for the w/d combo and turn the 1/2 bath to a full walk in shower. I just like having my bathroom to myself. Overall the house is absolutely gorgeous. ❤❤

I would put the main entrance near the cloakroom, brick up the double window in the living room and instead make a TV wall with storage space, and instead of the shower, I would opt for a bathtub with a shower function. But otherwise everything is nice.

This is beautiful except that TV in the corner does belong there. It should be in front of the couch. The dining table place is okay because I could use it if I want to make projects (after I retired). Is it possible to add a loft coz I just need 1 more bedroom for my 2 kids when they visit us.
