The exercise and everything is good but the most important thing is where they are they don't have access to all the sugar that we have and our country's and Western countries like we have the sweetest foods and sodas there is in the world

and you dumped some in India too. We lost our ancient way of slow cooking, you changed our eating jaggery, honey for sweetness but now all we have white poisonous sugar.. I follow Ayurveda, I try to stick to our ancient way of slow cooking method, No Oven, No Pressure Cooker, No Fast Food.
