Hi sir, thank you for all your videos! I just wanted to ask what would you recommend me doing if there are questions in papers which I consistently get wrong after redoing them again and again?

I'm 2 years late but isn't the area of B in 5:18 supposed to be negative since it's under the x-axis? Like A-B+C=0 A-B=-2 -B+C=-3 Still gives the same answer but still...

''Area'' can't be negative like length. That is why you should take the absolute value of the negative number you find. The value of an integral can be negative yes, but integral also means the area under a curve and if that is the case you should use absolute value for the areas that is below the x axis.

@@veraufisteinalleminister730 Yeah true. My method won't always work I think, even though it did work here

Hi, thanks for all of your videos they are very helpful. For the TMUA do you think we need to know about functions; I.e domains and ranges?

No

hey bro, for the last question, it's a trapezium, though, rather than a rectangle? So base multiplied by height should not give you the area enclosed by the curve, but rather 1/2(A+B)h ? (please correct me if I'm wrong)

He split it into two shapes, so a trapezium of area R which was initially given and a rectangle with length f(b) and breadth (b-a) and then added the areas
