I know what you mean! Though not with video editing. Aspiring translator, and often times when l read books in Eng from Jap l can't help but wonder how long it took. The ideal to me is to be able to write it as fast as l can read it, but l'll usually get caught up on how to phrase it or have to backtrack upon realizing an earlier line was a reference/foreshadow to a part l didn't yet know of...part of why machine translations are so amazing is they can get the job faster than one can technically read, despite the errors they may make. Granted, unless you're an in-person interpreter, such speed isn't crucial. Aside from deadlines ofc But l'm just rambling now, l wish ya luck!

The barebones start at 0:00-0:09 has so many voices it's a chaotic mess but I love it. it's hard to breakdown the components but I think there are 4 main voices. One voice is panned to the left, another is panned in the right and together they form the "melody". Usually they converge or play their own thing doing a call and response to one another. In the middle there is another voice playing some sort of countermelody, then of course the bass line, the easiest to separate.
