TN Visa Job Interview - Mistakes you must avoid

I feel like the people posting comments here are completely misunderstanding. This video is aimed to help people apply for a JOB, not for the TN status. (i.e. a Canadian applying for a job in the US). The name of the video even says, "Job Interview". If you were actually listening to the video and his explanations, you should have realized this. People don't know how to read or listen at all.

Unless you're starting a passive income business like investing in real estate and having a property management company manage the day to day, you may not actively run the day to day operations of your business without proper authorization from UCSIS

This is wrong information. You don't need a visa. All you need is a job offer letter from the employer. TN is a "STATUS" given to Canadian citizens as a right. It is not a "VISA"

This is not incorrect information, but a technicality. Your post is not useful and aims to confuse people. We will clarify. Technically, it is a TN Status or TN nonimmigrant status under NAFTA and technically is not a visa only because Canadians do not need a visa in this situation to enter the US. Mexicans will need to obtain a visa (tn visa) from the embassy. Also it is commonly referred to as a "TN Visa" hence the title and the references. The applicant still needs to apply at the border or via email to obtain this TN Visa or TN Status which is the real important information to realize here.
