first of all Tier 1 teams are teams that are considered as teams that can easily be apart of the International, while OG, Kuroky squad, and LGD are considered as championship contenders, while Secret, EG and VP are considered in between of Tier 1 and championship contender. So yeah TNC is a tier 1 team. To the teams I haven't mentioned it's either I can't remember your team name or I just don't give a fuck.
