It has the counseling schedule too ,so download it and get to know about fees structure of the colleges It is advisable to call the particular college and get to know about their fees structure because fees collected by private colleges are more than it was mentioned in the ebooklet

Yes she can, but for that she has to apply for native certificate first( as a proof that she's from Tamil Nadu) it might take 3 to 4 weeks for the certificate to come so apply it early. That's the only thing she will need extra🙂
