Got one myself, early 2020. It's awesome. I use it to listen to podcasts on walks, and leave the more expensive, fragile Plantronics Voyager at home. Every bit as good all around as the more expensive Voyager, at a fraction of the cost. A good every-day rig for rough use.

I love mine they are super comfortable and battery life is awesome! Unfortunately I believe I fried one of my battery's as I had this funky smell coming from it and it no longer works. I ended having to buy a replacement battery for $10 and should be back to using them sometime next week. P.S. Mine are the older versions where they send you two USB cables to charge them separately.

I have a question how you connect it to two phones? I have my work phone and my personal phone, I can't get it work at the same time, when I am on my personal I can't connect it to my work phone and vice versa, I'd appreciate some kind of help, thanks

I heard a considerable amount of voice garble when you spoke, like someone trying to talk while gargling, is this common to the UFO headset?

I got some kind of knock off crap that is exactly the same Bluetooth headset, except it doesn't have the female port on the back of the battery to recharge it. So, there is literally no way to recharge it. Talk about an oversight.

I love this headset. All of a sudden though I can't hear the phone calls. I can hear music and her voice saying incoming call, but it doesn't seem to connect. I have tried everything. I am able to hear calls when I use another bluetooth I have. Any suggestions?

Check your connection on your phone. Music and hands-free wireless are two completely separate connections to the phone - you can have one without the other. I'd try having your phone forget the headset then re-pair it to see if both devices connect again.

I picked one up and it's great, very comfortable, long battery life etc. BUT now people are hearing an echo of themselves when I'm using it. I confirmed it's my Bluetooth because as soon as I turn it off the echo goes away. It appears to be due to the volume and some sort of feedback because the echo goes away when I turn it down. I don't want to have to make sure the volume is at a certain level whenever I use it so has anyone ran into this issue? I have an iphone 7. I really don't want to return it to Amazon but I will if I have to.

+Jeff Larsen I am sorry your having this issue. I have not experienced this. I have been trying to get mine to do the same so I can trouble shot. I would see about replacing them. I am working on a new review of similar headset but there are 2 of the UGO style headsets. They work sorta like the Airpods which I just reviewed on this channel. So far my favorite Bluetooth headsets. Please Jeff update us with your progress and or solution.

Your intro is way over the top and too long and annoying. .22sec of my life wasted. Newer models do not have the micro USB port on the battery which makes charging the battery very difficult without the proprietary charger cable.
