hello I was found to have the r121q mutation of the tnfrsf1a gene ... I have frequent fever at least 2 times a month especially after physical activity and after stress, I have serum amyloid just above the limits. Pain in the knees and swollen lymph nodes in the neck, my throat hurts especially in feverish events. I have no skin rash. The doctors say I have to take colchicine, but I read that it is not effective in my case. and that biological drugs are better. What do you think?
