One issue the confederates had elections, and probably would of had them during war (I did see you changed it at the end)

The president of the Confederacy was elected to a six year term so the Confederacy wouldn't have had any elections for the duration of the war. They also had a one term limit so Davis would have been out of office come the election of 1867.

I know this is kind of a stupid complaint, but the Two focuses you should the US and CSA doing while Historical would it be the two first focus of each nation. The CSA didnt start putting their faith in Lee until early 1862 and The US would probably been either focusing on securing the border states or dealing with the mobilization of the Union army.
