@19:30 it really comes down to which character's hurtbox is hit first. Arthur's a small guy so he's rarely gonna get hit first in an event like that. If multiple character get hit on the same frame then the point character is the one who gets hurt.

In that specific situation he x factored which is why he didn’t get hit and the assist did but whichever character hurt box is farther back cause that’s where Hawkeyes lvl 3 goes usually goes behind you which it’ll hit the assist mostly

19:01 Not a Marvel expert but my hypothesis is that since Ant-Man Tag Team hit Arthur instead of Iron Fist that wouldn't have activated the cutscene since that type of move only works on the current point character.
