I love the AEW back and forth JD has a more skeptical view and Solomonster is more positive, it's a nice peaceful dialogue. I agree with both and tend to lean towards JD's view on points and Solomonster on other's, but wanting AEW to succeed should be everyone's hope. AEW & WWE are great for Pro Wrestling, NK, HHH, and TK wants this for the business. Great episode.

Everything about AEW’s business model reminds me of WCW. Let’s hope Warner actually cares about wrestling because if not the next deal down the line might look a lot like WCW in 2000. Traditional tv is dying a slow death, it makes me nervous

Down here in Orlando we have had great options as far as different promotions to watch going all the way back to the Eddie Graham Sports center days. Being only hour away drive from Tampa and now yes AEW up on Jax.... WWE is still the top Herr in town , but people will go to the bigger show here if had to choose which one to attend.

Why is it when WWE is about to or has signed AEW talent away it's a huge thing. I totally understand TK dropped the ball with a lot of the talent he signed that WWE released. WWE got Cody who was there before Aew Punk who was a WWE guy before aew Jade who hasn't gotten any better Ethan page and Shawn spears in nxt. We can agree aew has a bloated roster so what is the big deal that these guys are leaving it's a good thing. We all don't know what really was going on with Ricky I mean he was in some decent stories and angles. But how many WWE fans will know who he is if they never watch AEW. Yet AEW might sign ricochet and Bobby Lashley and everyone is like no big deal. No one knows what's up with Keith Lee. Miro had personal stuff and injuries. But AEW did hit on Swerve Christian Adam Copeland FTR Adam Cole before the injuries . Not everyone can be booked in perfect stories I hope Ricky Starks kills it in WWE but can we please stop with the him leaving will hurt AEW. there's more hurting them than certain people leaving. Like JD said when Ricochet left WWE will be just fine without him. Aew will be fine without them. Talent leaving isn't AEWs problem we all know what it is

If I’m Tony, and I’m looking at the Tv Deal, one of the first things I’d do is filter the roster, 100m a year roster is beyond insane. Get rid of most of the lucha guys. Having 10+ masked wrestlers, take the uniqueness of it from it. Same with non-English speaking Japan wrestlers.

Sorry I didn't watched this live. But for Fanatics, I was there, it's clear Fanatics oversold the tickets for the talent. They had a first wave purchase in mid July and then open more slots about a week before the event. From my experience the issue was in the photo op line and it's not an issue on the talent at all. So please no fan should blame them. I'm a little surprised Javits didn't assist Fanatics in organizing this event better since they do comic con every year there and it isn't much of an issue then (they used the same photo op and autograph organizers as well so again surprised on the mis organization). It was mainly in the mis organization of the event planners and underestimating how hot WWE is right now and its respective talent. They canceled on a few people (due to time) not just Cody (Liv, Bianca and Jade were others as well), me and my wife got cancelled on Bianca and Jade due to time limit and they needed to appear somewhere else in the Javits. Fanatics expected to do photo ops within one hour which is honestly not realistic at all when you have about 7 groups of photo ops not including ADA, elderly and VIP groups that go before the 7 groups. Also apparently hearing that some people were going into the photo ops were touching some of the talent without consent that the organizers had to tell us in the lines (and then reiterated) to not touch any of the talent. Also at the photo ops fans were cutting in line and the event organizers were not realizing it that other fans started calling them out. It was a fun time overall but I'm not going to sugar coat the event being flawless like other content creators out there because if we don't critique, the event won't get any better for everyone in the future. I'm hoping for the best for Fanatics Fest to learn from this as it's a good event concept. WWE was definitely the hottest group there. Yes the fans shouldn't be pissed at the talent at all. Not on them.

JD as i already said in the Smackdown review, Roman is not wrestling on Smackdown, he barely shows up to fasten some stories, he's only available for in-ring action on PLE's moving forward, please understand that ! Besides now it seems he's no longer scheduled for the Sept 13 episode of Smackdown, would you look at that, Roman is misssing even more time !

I think Punk and Drew isn’t going to long but they’ve ran out of things to say. I get what they are trying to do but it feels it a bit repetitive now. I feel they need a major angle, something to set it into over drive. I initially thought a strap match was a great idea, makes a great sound if hit, connects the two together which is a fun idea and it’s the next step in the feud but, for that to be stopped by having to try and touch 4 corners for me isn’t that interesting. Danielson and Starks last year had the ideal strap match. I think when this Drew feud is done Punk needs to move on to a different type of opponent. If Gunther is the end goal then we need something else. I’d have some TV matches against Gable. I’d even like to see a Judgement Day feud with Punk and Rey vs Balour and Dom. But, for me. Maybe WWE should trade Randy for Punk. Randy can do more on Raw and keeps that Cody story in the air for now and Punk can feud with AJ Styles, Carmelo, The Bloodline, Cody Rhodes. Depending how long Seth is out that’s what I’d do

​​@@JDfromNY hoping this new deal from Warner Brothers Discovery also also allows the AEW & ROH taped libraries and new AEW & ROH PPV events to be on WBD's MAX, with new episodes of Tony Khan's ROH to be on either on WBD's MAX or possibly on WBD's TruTV, instead of ROH being behind a paywall on the ROH website. It would be great for ROH to be built up as totally different and not directly under AEW, as AEW is bloated with talent and splitting the AEW roster by reassiging seldom used talent to ROH would be advantageous for both AEW and ROH. The major concern is the booking. Tony Khan, really needs a booking and creative committee of experienced Pro Wrestling writers and ex-Pro Wrestlers (and ones nearing the end of their in-ring wrestling career) with experience in booking and running a promotion (i.e. Jeff Jarrett, QT Marshall, Jennifer Pepperman, QT Marshall, Taz, Christopher Daniels, Dean Molenko, Jerry Lynn, Bryan Danielson, and "possibly" Kevin Von Erich, Ricky Steamboat, Scott D'Amore, Shane Douglas, Madusa Miceli, Jazz, Stevie Ray, Steve "Sting" Borden, Chris Hero, etc) for both AEW and ROH.
