How do pilots when taking off know they are straight with the runway and not off, can't seem to take off straight on flight sim

Do you mean how they keep in line with the runway when taking off? If so it kinda becomes a 6th sense to keep in line with the runway when taking off and landing. Just keep practicing on the sim and you'll get it eventually!
