TNT means Tawag Ng Tanghalan ( call for singing exhibition ) a singing competition of one of the biggest network in the philippines.. they have started on the said competition individually, and became one of the finalists from TNT kids edition.. and the rest is history

"TNT" = "Tawag Ng Tanghalan" (translates to: "call of the theater" or "call of the stage"). It's specifically a the kids' singing competition tv series (in Philippines) that the boys competed on about 2 years ago, and is how they met. Keifer (long hair) came in 2nd place, is now 14 y/o; Mackie (tallest) came in 3rd place, is now 13 y/o; Francis (the slightly shorter/youngest of the three) came in 5th place; he's now 12 y/o (he's a raw talent who didn't receive any formal training until after this competition, apparently). As it may have been previously mentioned, the 3 boys (along with the 1st and 4th place winners of TNT) were invited to a talk show, wherein just the three boys ended up participated in an impromptu singing "battle" amongst themselves, doing a mind-blowing rendition of "Listen". The video of it went viral, worldwide. After that, someone had the genius idea to bring the boys together as a trio and they've been working together ever since, breaking into the international scene, showing up to perform in Little Big Shots US (with Steve Harvey; exec produced by Ellen Degeneres), UK, Australia, Philippines, doing a performances in Dubai, Singapore...phenomenal performances, btw! As a trio, they also entered into another kids' competition, this time, where the challenge was to impersonate popular singers called, Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids (aka,YFSFK) - which, after a grueling but fun-filled season, they ultimately became the grand prize winners. They've since performed for presidents/dignitaries of several countries and became the youngest solo act (headliners) to sell out a coliseum venue in the Philippines just last November 2018. They are some of the hardest working, award-winning kids around (albeit, still underrated). What's also remarkable is that they came up from very humble means (Francis, in particular, came from a large family living under extreme poverty in a fire damaged house, recalls not eating for days a young child and collected recyclables to survive, until his aunt adopted him around 8-9 y/o). Yet, they manage to remain humble, grounded and very tight-knit. They never forget where they came from, as indicative of how they're always expressing their heartfelt gratitude every time they're on a stage. Now, despite their young ages, they're supporting their families and have become young philanthropists, advocating for and inspiring other children. they're genuinely good kids. (please pardon any repetition, if elements of this backstory has been made known already)
