To Casa Bonita! The greatest restaurant in the world!

After being on the waiting list a year, our names were finally drawn and we made our reservations before we even figured out how we would get there!
Driving from Minnesota to Denver, we explored the mountains for a day and had what may be the best time at a restaurant ever. The food was great but the atmosphere was even better!
We can not wait to go again.

I don't know you guys and I am in Australia and it came up as a video so I watched and thank you. I love south park and I always wondered what it was like. I never actually went looking for it online but I remember hearing about them buying it , renovating it and re-opening. But they were just stories in the news. So this morning on tuesday in Australia with the trucks across the road making a hell of a racket due to a new building I joined your family on a trip to casa bonita. The food looked AWFUL but I am Australia slop on a plate isn't really a thing here. But I understand it can look like trash and taste lovely. The place looked like a hoot and HOURS of fun . It is an only in America type place. So thanks for filming an informative video as to how bonkers this place really is. Your family seem lovely. Cheers from Sydney!

Hey thanks! I don't think my video did the food justice. the lower level lighting and the go pro didn't make it look the best necessarily. It had really good flavors though. We enjoyed it quite a bit! Thanks for watching and leaving the nice comment!

It's so weird how it's just in the corner of a normal shopping center and doesn't look that big from the outside. Years ago as a kid we always stopped there on our yearly ski trip. It does look like the food may have been improved. It really was pretty bad back when I went. I would imagine it's not easy keeping quality up when you're feeding that many people. The sopapias were always amazing though.

It's my understanding that the menu got a total revamp under the South Park ownership and we DID hear it wasn't that good back in the day so we were glad that it was very tasty Thanks for the comment!

I’ve been there before. The highlights were the cliff divers and the sopapillas for dessert. Otherwise the food was meh.

I had never been there before the South Park guys invested all that money into fixing it up. It's my understanding the menu used to be quite a bit worse. Folks I have talked to that went there in the before times say it's way better now

I forgot they have new owners since when I went, everything outside and inside looked the same except they had table service instead of a buffet.

When we went it was buffet style but it is my understanding that they have moved to table service. New owners ripped the place apart but tried to keep it the same vibe. new HVAC, new kitchen, new menu, new electrical etc etc. The documentary they made about revamping it should be coming out soon. Looking forward to seeing what all they did
