you better can use a cheap brake cleaner to clean and to degrease. 40 cent steel brush will make cleaning easier.

A sand paper? Youve just scratched the protective coat onto that tip...i thought that wd40 be the only one it can clean that plug....

Bro it seems that your air fuel mixture has raised to Rich....it's too rich thats why your plug is so oily and black...,tune it to a slightly leaner

Spray it with Wd40 dry lube...or that wd40 ordinary will still work just fine
