Sir , in this Hall Voltage expt. why you take the same value of Coil current(I) and Magnetic field(KG)(B) of Calibration curve and 1st table of P-type semiconductor ? hall voltages values comes different in p-type and n-type came negative values......I have solid state physics expt practical exam tomorrow , so , my question is , is it mandatory to keep the same value of magnetic current (I) and values of Magnetic field(B) of calibration curve & p-type and n-type both? I noticed that your hall voltage expt manual pdf you keep same value of current and magnetic field of both when measuring calibration curve and p-type semiconductor.
