Outstanding first chase on the southern part of the WNYP Buffalo line! A lot of cool shots and very clear sound of those units charging down the line. Was cool hearing them blast Southbound through the switch at South Eldred. Noticed they threw a bit of smoke at a few points during the chase as well. Not as much as their beloved predecessors, but still enough that it was cool to see!

I could be wrong, but at 2:27 it looks like these two have the double exhaust stacks which means they have either the HDL-16 or the GEVO-16 engines. But it's hard to try with the exhaust covers or whatever that piece of metal is.

All of the WNYP AC6000s are ex-CSX with the GEVO-16s. WNYP did put exhaust covers on them, don’t believe CSX had those when they were in service for them.

Very nice do you know what happened to 427 it hasn't run the falconer turn scene oct 2021and have not seen it in Olean maybe it broke down or was sent somewhere else??

@@andypiazza7374 I’m personally okay with it, the orange and black was getting really raggedy and didn’t look good. It’ll be neat to have fresh paint on the property for a bit
