you can do swimming portion with a swimming potion, you have to cheese it.... you line up to the second island then basically go to the range limit to click on the totem then tap forward to make you just out of range... then jump and it will let you click it, moment you hit water use the potion and beeline it.... once you get to the second island spam jump and spam click the totem once you are walking on the island and itll bring you in range even when you are just outside of the range... i made it with 0 seconds sweating like a mofo on my second attempt(i had no potions left as i only brought 2 (bring multiple pots for if you mess up))

Disagree Xar, I don't think all hardcore enjoyers are ssf enjoyers. Definitely don't think that becomes apparent the more you play HC. I love hardcore, I play it on any game that has it, and in WoW I played it when unofficial was all there was. BUT when official came out I discovered I prefer non SSF. I think it comes down to preference. Some prefer that extra challenge of SSF for sure, but others like me enjoy the community aspect of non-ssf HC: helping each other, trading valuables, the profession economy, it's just a whole other vibe compared to playing an MMO solo. Maybe someone could say: well play retail then! But I love the thrill of hardcore! I just enjoy the community aspect of non-ssf HC :) Edit: maybe you and your streamer friends find SSF more fun is cuz y'all can't be traded BiS gear lol. For us regular folk trading just meant an extra green here and there or maybe you blow your whole savings on a dope blue

Resto, but you need wild growth rune. you basically spam wrath and parse and click WG when groups take damage. maybe splash a heal on MT if needed. which is instant with the stars urge proc

I agree, this is how to best play "caster" druid. Your damage is free (starsurge costs 4 mana) and you use your mana to heal. If you are playing with sunfire you're not being efficient and will just be providing less to the group than if you were using wild growth, or playing feral.

Play either restobal druid (fury on chest, wild growth and starsurge) and heal, while literally doing free dps DO NOT USE MOONFIRE keep faerie fire up and gg OR play feral with balance talents with omen + furor if u want to powershift. pure balance doesn't exists, fight me

not much in resto is even particularly good. You could just live your melee moonkin dream but then still cast wrath normally but just once in a while roll the dice for a big melee into free wildgrowrth

Honnestly you go Clarity build into DMG-HEAL Hybrid. Wrath>proc:Clari/StormRage>Heal. The never OOM healer. Would help a lot for DFD

Dude, if you bring melee with shit gear to BFD and you dont bring wf, how do you plan to actually clear it? Just go catform and spam sunfire and keep up SF and you will easily top meters, still play the best "moonkin" spec and you increase the rdps by a ton. Two button spec. If you wana do some more dps you powershift as well. Mangle will prolly be better but isnt the "boomie"-feel and it will prolly be around same dps anyway minus the rogues buffed dmg. Prior to starsurge buff this was the only boomie spec as it was. First week or two (prolly gona look like your grp) it was top dps. BUT if you need to do some offhealing etc, ye then for all means, stay humanoid and spam wraths for procs.

I'm guessing only paladin had interrupt, I had a similar group in non-hardcore and the paladins kick kept missing for some reason it was very annoying and caused a few wipes, the feral druid might have had Savage roar instead of skull bash, eitherway having 3 hunters and 0 rogues is bad.

He states HC isn't hard enough, but I'm confused, as I guess i missed those KT Kill videos he posted. The SSF Hardcore mode seems to me like a leveling mode with no future endgame or no real hope to do any endgame. just my opinion.

People saying "why no trade" still need to adjust to the real rules of IRONMAN. I have an iron on OSRS and for years I have played that account, once you get used to being an iron the rules become as clear as day. If you are a gamer then you have to play NO TRADE and if you cant hack those rules then ironman is not for you (yet). Trading simply defeats the point of playing SSF or Ironman.

Well to be fair, if you wanna eek out that last little bit of parsing, meleeweaving on moonkin is the play. That being said, it's really just moonkin that plays in melee and macros auto attacks into their normal moonkin rotation haha

i though the whole spirit of SOD was people helping each other out, does hardcore not damage this incentive ? maybe the streamers should ask for a hardcore version of SOD for the community the enjoy it, as massive multiplayer online game played solo is something i have never understood. in almost every MMO* game ive played including: eve online, runescape, wow, albion online, guild wars, elder scroll online. and so many more. i understand playing for the challenge, but like i said, does it not feel against the spirit of SOD ? i gues it doesnt really affect those who play normally. enjoy the series tho. not something id ever do as i get most my please from playing helping others, in fact i recently got suspended for buying gold and giving it out to people i met who helped me out the kindess of there heart. Dail - crusader strike eu! or geromeo same server. sucks 14 day suspension, but atleast they cant get the 100 gold i gave out to like 20+ poeple haha
