As a Ugandan, I can tell you we don't have much of the chief culture (like in Nigeria). Arranged marriages are things of the past. Also, they were so many Ugandan youths (especially guys) that became extremely wealthy after spending 1 year or 2 in South Africa. They were rumours that they were Sangomas in SA. Now I know the rumours were true.
