YESSSSSS! So glad I’m not the only one doing my OWLs this month. So far I have books lined up for Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Astronomy, Charms and History of Magic. Hopefully I’ll be able to force some other books from my TBR into the rest of the prompts!

OOH I'M SO EXCITED FOR THE RE-READ SERIES! I've been re-reading books like crazy this year so I can't wait to see what books you choose to read/your thoughts throughout this journey!

Ooh I’m so excited that you are doing your O.W.Ls. I did mine last month and came out with 7, which I was happy with. It has left me with plenty to work through for my N.E.W.Ts this month. The book I was most excited to get to this month was Caraval. I picked it up on the 1st, and finished it on the 1st, love it. My TBR is huge for this month, but I’m desperate to try and squeeze Legendary in somewhere this month too, or worst case early September.

I'm actually really interested to see your thoughts on Twilight now!

I highly recommend Eggshell Skull! It's a very hard-hitting read, and I did struggle at times with the intensity of the subject matter however it is an ultimately triumphant book that certainly changes your perspective on the Australian justice system.

Oooh, best of luck with Twilight. Past me loved it as a teen, but I reread the first chapter or two a few years ago and I couldn't cope with the tone/style of writing. I think it was a growth thing, I've read so much more YA and adult books now that I just couldn't do it! But that doesn't mean I dislike it. I liked it when I read it, for what it was at the time. :) Have an awesome trip in NZ!!

Don't judge the book by its title. You will need to read it to understand what she means by it. I loved the book, I wish everyone, especially white people, read it.
