absolutely agree. as a hanzo main its so annoying hitting a clean full charge headshot and it being useless for being healed off in a second. like im considering switching to widow purely bc of oneshot.

@hodgmandinio1 Imo he honestly didn't and there were much worse issues than hanzo (and still are obviously) but he was a little too strong. The fact he can shred a reaper in his face just as easily as he can 1 tap a mcree across the map was a bit much.

@@protophileXD easy, make him have only 3 storm arrows, if you hit its a skill problem, if he misses, he dies, but no matter what he cant just shred through a tank solo

@@ailospjellok7475 This sounds good but him having storm arrow is the only reason people play him. You get rid of the only thing he has left and youre better off Playing Widow. They could fix and help him by bringing back the ability to charge an arrow and climb walls while still having the arrow charged after. it was a problem because it was an Instant kill, but now he cant do that so there surely shouldnt be a problem

It's so rewarding when my Hanzo muscle memory kicks in & i 180 flick a Sombra or Moira in the skull and they don't die. So fun, glad I played this hero for all those years. Honestly though, since he's been so ass I've picked up Widow a lot more... I've experienced more slurs this last year on Widow than I did on Hanzo for ~7 years.

Hanzo was never really problematic. His inconsistency balanced out his strengths very fairly. One could argue he was a little too versatile. They should not have removed his one-shot, but instead nerfed the Storm Arrows.

​​@@protophileXD I also don't like the idea of reverse fall-off, since that will encourage him to spam from range for a different reason than now. He gets dived a lot and his mobility is not enough for him to avoid the fight, so it would also hurt him. It would be better to just buff his primary and to give it sharp damage fall-off (100 damage minimum to maintain the Hanzo vs Widow matchup) at 25-30+ meters to force him into the close-mid range. He was not even that good at long range anyway. They could also nerf his Storm Arrow count to 3 or 4 and add the same fall-off (resets on bounce).

he was very problematic when he had scatter and he will always be problematic to the community because 1 shot is just annoying to a lot of people and that is something the devs can't really change

Finally someone who mentions the fact that hanzo cant one shot but widow can. Im okay with hanzo not being able to one shot and he is one of my favorites but if hanzo cant then widow shouldnt either so they should hopefully give him his one shot back or change widow.

@@wnyduchess people said that with hanzo and that he would be bad without it. They took at and they were right. Widow losing it actually wouldnt be as big a deal because you can just instantly shoot again, with hanzo you either need to storm arrow or charge another arrow and hope they dont hide.

Can we talk about how badge Lunge is? You cant even get out of melee range from a Rhein with it. Combine that with how Wall Climb fails like 1/4 of the time, the second hanzo gets dove by a tank, he just dies.

As a non hanzo lover here’s how i see it, Hanzo still has high mobility, High Damage, No hard counters necessarily and he still pretty much one shots as long as the tiniest of bullet hits them before/after

I recently played with his scatter arrow being back for a limited time and the damage was nerfed and it was fine, why didnt they just nerf the scatter arrow damage and call it a day. he was fine

The only people who complained about Hanzo being an arrow spammer are people who never played the character and stood still when shooting. Not being able to use skill to headshot someone diving me as a Hanzo and instead being forced to use storm arrow is stupid. Just change him back to how he was. He already had no more pre charging arrows. Now his Ultimate isn't even useful for zoning anymore leading it to only be useful if you shoot it at people through walls that don't expect it and even then most characters can just walk or use mobility to get out of it before they die. Removing the arrow pre charge on wall climb was a nerf enough and most people who play Hanzo only really use storm arrows against tanks or to bounce shot someone behind cover. So I see no issue with having left him as he was at all. Not everyone who plays Hanzo can even hit headshots most of the time so why bother taking that away from the few people who can.

Calling Bastion a glass cannon is a little wild. 250 health 100 armour and 20% damage reduction when transformed. It must be one of the more tanky DPS heroes.

@DDoig1 in the grand scheme of overwatch I'd say that's not alot, when paired with his high damage I'd say he is a glass cannon compared to tanks of any other dps. He's easy to take out but can deal absurd damage
