I keep wondering if an impostor ever messed up the name or some detail making it very obvious they weren't the real person. I also wonder if there was ever a moment when all panelists knew the contestant.

On one episode, one of the impostors who was supposed to be a private detective identified himself as Mickey Spillane. The real private detective had a similar name. Not quite as obvious, many times a panelist will ask a question and the impostor's answer is totally wrong. On one recent episode for example, a panelist asked where a certain geographical feature containing large iron ore deposits is located. The impostor answered (probably a guess) "Montana". The correct answer is "Minnesota".

The most number if panelists I've seen disqualify themselves (because they knew one of the contestants) in one game, was two. I believe they were Tom Poston and Peggy Cass. But I've watched so many of these, I'm not 100% certain it was Tom and Peggy.
