Tornadoes were on people's minds at the time...on April 11th, Palm Sunday, one of the U.S.'s deadliest tornado outbreaks occurred. 47 funnels touched down, killing 271 and injuring 1,500.

A revolver is not complicated to operate (make yes, use no). A pistol is more complicated to use (but probably easier to manufacture). These days more women are carrying handguns for their own defense. After her husband died, my aunt Pauline got an answering machine and had my father record her answering machine message so strangers would not know there wasn't a man in the house. People who knew her got confused at times because they didn't recognize his voice.

This is one of the few times Orson didn't make a bee line toward a pretty girl during the post game mingling of guests and panelists. Perhaps he was "blocked" by others, but that hasn't deterred him in the past.

It looks like Marsha Hubbard in round two has a goiter. My mom had a bit like that on her neck and had to have it removed and had to take thyroid medicine for the rest of her life. She’s now 90

When I was a teenager in Cleveland, in the late '50s, I used to go to a dermatologist named Dr. Jerome Litt. This must have been his son.
