I'm in my 30s, and two grueling battles with cancer have left me severely disabled and bedridden. I know I'm not long for this world. This game hit so close to home. I'd love to relive my life, the happy moments, even the sad. My first love, getting to know my dad again after he quit drinking, holding my brother's daughter the first time as a baby. Even just roleplaying through it again would be so soothing.

I'm not the biggest fan of the interactive story genre per se, but this one is most definitely one of my personal favorites. The anime adaptation is in works and I'm very much looking forward to it.

Maybe I've heard too many stories, but "Doctors who help dying people crash their car" opening sounds a lot like foreshadowing to me. Not sure if this game is for me enough to buy the physical edition, but I am intrigued enough to look it up when I've cleared away some of the backlog.

The game was pulled down temporarily so they can fix the crashing bug that is mentioned in the review. Kan Gao (the creator) said on Twitter that the patch is waiting for approval from Nintendo and it should be back within the next week or so!

What bothers me slightly is the change in graphics. They aren't so bad and they shouldn't ruin the game as a whole. Small price to pay for such an amazing story on the go. I just don't want to see more beautiful games with severe graphical downgrades like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons...

1. This is an indie game not developed by Nintendo 2. This game originally came out on PC in 2011 3. It's a really fucking incredibly story. Doesn't feel "anime" at all
