"the worst thing about pain isn't that it hurts, it's that it's normal" -Shane Koyczan
@alexiadecianu8 жыл бұрын
Here is why he was laughing. My friend says that we laugh when we are tickled because it hurts. We don't feel it because our brain chooses to hide the pain by laughing. We smile so we could feel nothing inside. Because our hearts are empty, we're laughing but our souls are crying. Our hearts are emptied by the conflict.

So I was bullied from 3rd grade to 9th grade, getting beat up by guys and girls, I ended up getting a concussion from a prank some girl thought would be harmless bullying, but it changed my life, I was a straight A student and I needed up forgetting how to do math, read music, I was already depressed from the bullying but I was put on all kinds of medications, for anxiety as well as ADD that I gained from the concussion. To this day, I'm still affected by those memories, and every time I watch this video, it mikes me cry, either tears of sadness and anger, or relief, because the torment that was put on my for 6 years is over now, but like I said it affects me everyday with medications and counseling... But I live by that phrase, They were wrong, because I'm still here. Despite the many suicide attempts, despite the fact that I had to relearn school material to be able to graduate, I'm still here, and I'm not just trying to live my life to the fullest, but I'm just trying to live. Thank you guys for watching this video. You are amazing.

In 4th grade. The morning was.. Horrible. I cried and begged my mom to let me stay home, please.Please.I got to school, my face was red and my eyes were watery. They threw paper airplanes at me.I wasn't aloud to sit by the nicer people. It was rare for someone to say to me; "Hi. Wanna be friends?"At the playground they told me; "Don't talk to me or I'll punch you again." I'd sit on the swings and stay silent. At lunch they would throw food and blame it on me. I told the teachers what they do and she rolled her eyes and told me to go back to my seat. Later, at home, I looked at my scissors and then looked at my computer.I looked back at the scissors. I tried cutting myself but they were cheap, nothing happened. I sheded a tear and walked to my computer. I got on a website, Animal Jam. Went to the pillow room and talked to some cyber bullies. I went to my friend and she was nice enough to give me a spike. We talked and I told her about bullying and cyber bullying and how it felt. It felt nice to talk about it. It felt nice to have a friend for the first time. I'm rambling, no-one is gonna read this anyways.. if you read this then know that this could be a real persons situation someone you see through as just a clear wall or a object that is just taking up space this could be you this could be someone right now as we speak on this planet we so called earth. This is someone. And everyone is someone..

That didn't depress me. It made me feel better. It's positive in a way. It'll make the sad, lonely, depressed people feel a little less alone. A little less isolated. It will remind us that there's other people out there. I didn't go out to recess for a long time. Starting at grade 3. I stayed in the library and read so the kids couldn't bother me. Things like this help people. Because it reminds us that we're not alone.

I watched this video too many times. But when I watched it in my room alone last night at the part that says "You wrapped your broken heart in a cast and signed it yourself saying they were wrong!" I paused the video, put down my phone, covered my face with my hands and sobbed. I sobbed for the girl and the boy and for myself and for everyone because I can relate! I understand the pain! You can't say sticks and stones hurt more than names because if they eat you alive with your soul included how does that hurt less than a broken bone?! It hurts! It feels like the blades of knives searing through your skin cutting deep into your heart and killing you slowly! It hurts to be called names! It does! And I loved this video because it represents everything! It represents pain. And I love it.

My dad's boss's son committed suicide because of bullying... I wish I could've showed him this before he did it... His funeral was just today... NEVER commit suicide... Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You may think that you are just a shadow that nobody cares about when you are loved by EVERYONE... If you kill your self you just made every person you've met depressed. They'll think it was because of them and they might even commit suicide themselves because of you... Don't do it, there's so much to live for in life.

I remember fourth grade . . . Fourth grade was the worst year of my life. In third grade I moved schools, I had no friends. In fourth grade I got my first friends, great friends. My friends became friends with another girl, Anna was her name. I never really liked Anna, she didn't seem trustworthy, but I decided to give her a chance. She spread gossip about me, told people I did horrible things... Then she said that I bullied her But she was bullying me. When my friends heard the gossip they hated me, it had been a couple of days, I didn't know yet, all I knew is they were ignoring me. One day we went on a field trip and we were at a park playing around. My guy friend came up to me, he came up to me and I remember exactly what he said: "Amber, we need to run, NOW." "What? Why?" "Y-your friends, they're basically out to get you, HURRY!" I held his hand and we ran as fast as we could We ran around the entire place as my old 'friends' recruited people and continued to chase us. All I have to say is I'm glad I didn't know what self harm was at the time.

All schools need to show this and spread more awareness about bullying instead of saying be nice and then go on with there day because after awhile I learned that will never stop someone from hurting you.We need to spread more awareness to these big topics instead of hiding it and acting like it’s not real like it’ll never happen.But the world doesn’t want to let people know that life isn’t easy that life is painful.

My friend died from a suicide attempt because of bullying. I tried I was there for her, I let her know that. I told her she was beautiful, I told her how wonderful she was I stuck up for her. I did everything in my power to make sure she didn't believe them. Even confronting her bullies. It wasn't enough. After she did die, I was shocked to see so many of our fellow students not care saying things like "yay she's finally dead!" I was a mess, a total mess. I even stuck up for her after she was gone. Which in turn caused me to be subjected to bullying. I miss her so much, she was one of my closet friends and still is and will be for the rest of my life. I just wish I could of done more, put a little more effort in. I just didn't know how to help, so all I could do was tell her THAT THEY WERE WRONG that she wasn't ugly or any of the other things they said you want to know why they bullied her? because she was in a house fire when she was young and her skin on the right side of her face was burned.

I started being bullied when I was 11 I stopped going school and never left the house I ended up becoming extremely depressed, one day my older brother came home from school he walked up to me and said I have a video to show you he didn’t explain what it was he just started playing it and walked out the room it was to this day I remember watching it and slowly the tears began to fall it hit me hard, I’m now only 16 and my mental health has only gotten worse but every time I feel empty and completely done with life I remember what he did for me I listen to this a lot and every time I do I remember how he made me feel like I wasn’t alone like someone cared, him being an older brother who had always tormented me to then do that and show that he cared and that he understood if meant so much to me I’ve never thanked him but I feel like I should
