Always know, and embrace, you are loved, by the Fateher. He will never leave you or forsake you. I had those feels and suffered from anxiety and depression. Was on medication for the last 20 yrs. One day I realized I hadn't taken my medication in a month and had no, " normal" reactions. I realized the closer I got to him the more anxiety and depression were no longer a part of me. Everything is on his time, we had to appreciate the patience he has and his timing is perfect. Praying for you.

I miss Dr. Stanley‘s word but I still continue to listen to the old sermons and his devotional. He has been an inspiration in my life since my early 20s and I am now in my 70s. He spoke truth, nothing but truth never deviated, holding back the word of God was never him. his ministry spoke to me, prayed for me many of times I just want to thank the Lord Almighty for him for working through him so much more I can say but I’m just gonna say amen for now🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Anyone suffering anxiety and depression - do these things...commit to Jesus - Read the Bible, Pray, and talk to the Holy Spirit...ask for encouragement and direction...give up all alcohol and drugs (including medication for anxiety/depression) exercise everyday for at least 30mins the more the better and eat healthy - you will be amazed at the transformation!!!!
