I saw Toad and Hootie in the same show in 1993 in Charleston, IL. One of the best concerts in my life. I was 21 back then.

Randy Guss' playing always was right for the band.....personally, I dont think they sound as good with the replacement drummers they've used.....

The vocals in this song so underrated. When Glen picks it up at "it won't matter now" and the harmony between Glen and Todd and Dean's background vocals toward the end. It's so good.

Saw them live in Vancouver when they were hitting it big.....Hootie and the Blowfish opened for them. One of the best concerts Ive seen, and they remain one of my favourite bands. Love to see them again.

I loved these guys back in the 90's and their songs still hold up to this day. Plus they look like regular guys who just play music instead of rock superstars.

One of the most underrated bands of the nineties. When so many bands were hopping on the grunge band wagon Toad was paving the way for alternative folk rock. They are iconic.

I used to cut those out and place these all over my wall..I wish I still had them! It was a time when you spent REAL MONEY to buy a QUALITY PRODUCT, and those cardboard packages made you feel that you spent all of your hard-earned lawn-mowing money to something special. Then I got into LD's..wow.

I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Caine, Laurie Anderson, Ron Wood, Carl Bernstein, and other celebrites. Owner Russ Solomon would occasionally frequent the store and chat with us. This sounds so much better than the way they do it now. They play it in a lower key now. I don’t understand why they do that. It’s not like the original key requires him to sing that high anyway.
