Dex Jack that came with Kaido is not that bad. 20% hp cut, cd reduction and 2x orb boost for Powerhouse and Striker. Probably worth at least C tier, maybe even B

great video! I will just disagree on montdor, he removes special bind (and resist ), gives 2x affinity for 2 types (very high) and also remove defensive effects like bobbin (4 turns) . A tier for me at least.

V1 Viola captain effect is useful for Berry Farming. Stampede Zoro is almost a perfect sub for Legend Kid (orb boost, makes QCK orbs beneficial). Halloween Koala is useful for stalling. INT Dagama has very nice utility. Mononouske has a good support. INT Marguerite compliments Legend Bege+Ace. INT Pica has great utility, damage, and orb manipulation for Driven class (HP can also reach over 5K w/CC. PSY Carrot is very useful for PSY teams. DEX Elizabeth does alot so keep that unit. PSY Bello Betty special isn't that great, but sailor ability makes 3 orbs beneficial.

Definitely underrated, problem though is that there's not a lot of Driven usage around. Kind of a shame, really. I'd love to take no reward no stamina cost runs through content just for different teams.

Literally used TS Chopper twice just last month. There's still lots of content that applies just 3 turns of DEF Up and % DMG Reduction, especially on TM. He's still pretty useful. Momonosuke has literally the same support as Jinbe, that you chose, but better. QCK Diamante not only removes BOTH DEF Up and % DMG Reduction for 3 turns, but also delays for 2 turns and matches right columns slots. I literally use him everytime for fortnights, in my double Buggy team. PSY Carrot removes 4 turns of both Paralysis and Despair, delays for 1 turn, changes all type slots into PSY and boosts conditional damage to DEF Down. I'd pick her over Vista or QCK Usopp everyday. Stampede Brook is a next turn-ATK booster for 3 types that bypasses interrupts and buffs clearing. Definetely better than some units you chose. DEX Jack does 20% HP Cut and 2x orb boost for 2 classes, plus cooldown reduction on the whole team. Even the support is great, removing 2 turns of CD reduction from Kaido. Kuro & Django not good? Are you high, man? 5 turns of Despair reduction, BLOCK orbs matcher, status attack booster, sailor abilities remove 5 turns of Blindness and make DEX orbs matching for all slashers, and switch removes 1 turn of both Paralysis and Bind. He's AT LEAST C tier.

You can evolve your first ussop you get in the story mode to gpu, so although you can get him in rare recruit, it doesnt make much sense for him to be on this list.

-Trebol: Gets rid of defensive buffs plus potential atk boost for driven, atleast C tier. -Carrot: Utility plus conditional atk boost plus full board of psy orbs which can often be counted as matching, B tier. -Hina is probably A tier IMO. 2x affinity is nothing to scoff at and in many teams even legends cant replace her (many legends like nami or cracker only give 1.75x affinity) -Daifuku: Great for wave clearing and reducing small amounts of defensive buffs. He is easily better than RRs like bowling zoro who only do fixed damage. Also he has double special activation, Id say atleast C, probably B tier. -Chiffons definetly atleast B tier. She's often the best replacement for legend chopper which speaks volume. -Again, Gotti and Vito are rarely used but their specials are better than alot of the characters in D tier. Someone with a limited box would definetly find usage for them .Montdor probably A tier. -Streusen is probably B tier. Really good character but in most cases mainly used for garp challenges (where he can be replaced) -Hajrudin reduces bind, paralysis and chain coefficient reduction by 4 turns each, reduces special charge time by 1 turn and can potentially give a conditional boost. Atleast C tier. -Jack has a decent special, atleast D tier. That aside he also has a good support for Kaido. -Kuro&Django atleast C tier. Wave clear, Despair reduction, orb manipulation and conditional boost. That for a 10 turn CD is definetly worhty of atleasy C tier. Some other minor issues like RR Kizaru. No one uses him anymore but his special is alot better than many of the characters in D tier. That aside I agree with the S/A tier easily. Really great video, gonna use it as a reminder of who to feed CC!

I have to completely disagree on STR Moria (Endless Dream). That guy was a staple of my V2 Akainu team for a considerable amount of time when I first started out and even when I more or less knew my way around the game. With personal full matching color slots, as well as his stats and Special reduction, he's outstanding.

I don't know about everyone, but I personally use the psy viola as a captain on the gold event to farm ~9m gold per run (with kaido and some high fixed damage dealing character)

I think some characters are really passed over when they've got potential, even just because of who they are - the STR time skip Chopper, for example. D tier at least, even without extra CD, because of some useful supports that only go on Chopper. (I think he's an option for one of the STR only Garp teams.)

Some D tier units do not deserve it over other units you threw out like Gotti, Hajrudin, Stampede Brook, Jack, HW Reiju, etc, like yeah they don't see much play but they are definitely better than atleast the first one or two rows in D tier (if not the entire D tier tbh)

Capone RR is not bad , changes all block orbs on shooters into matching / Iceberg in a franky unit allows u to switch 2 orbs / Blue gilly also have a good support .

I would think that Stampede PSY Nami and Stampede STR Buggy can go in S tier or bring INT Nami down to A tier. Since both the Stampede units have Fear resistance once max limit broken, which makes them more usable nowadays.

I do not think that Kuro/Django is that bad of a rare recruit: despair reducer, orb manipulation, conditional boost and passive sfx reducer is decent but what is good about the character is the switch ability that can come in quite handy.

I would place that qck brook that gives 2turn atk boost in some tier, He is not that bad. That smoker duo is actually useful, I cleared a garp challenge with him as a sub, probably doffy challenge.

you can press and hold limit break nodes to see what the effects are. The upgrade turns Brook from 2.75x at full HP, 2x otherwise, into 3.25x when full HP & 2.5x otherwise. Very niche, better uses for lb material & key.
