can confirm about the stop eating when you feel full, I would be told to finish the plate and would constantly over eat to the point where I would throw up later from being to full and my body needs more room. Stopped that and lost weight. just don't cut your serving sizes down and down because eventually you get eating disorders from that.

Im currently doing keto, I went from 69.40kg to 66.45kg in less than 2 1/2 weeks. I also lost my appeite even if my meals are bacon, smoked sausage etc.. (stuff I usually love and wont last on the table on a normal day) and I dont eat when im not hungry.

I only agree with this take, if the your the one who put the amount of food on your plate. My parents would beat my ass for not finishing my food, but they would get hella angry if I take what I can’t finish in the first place.

hmmm can also be that you finish your food too quickly and its bad manners to just sit there with food on your plate whilst not eating. But yeah parents do get angry when you dont finish what you have taken, taking smaller portions is nice I guess.
