9:10 - So I got to correct Toast here. A guys "dating value" goes up as they age while a girls "dating value" goes down as they age, which is true mainly because of hypergamy and biology. Hypergamy - most girls will usually want a guy taller then them, richer, smarter, etc then themselves. Perfect example is Emily wanting a guy with 1000+, which limits her to only 5 guys, and yet she doesn't think her standard is high... Biology - When a girl is 30+ the chances of her having children goes lower and lower, but for some reason still wants to have kids... SO BASICALLY you have a old girl with high standards and comes with more headaches vs a young girl with reasonable standards and less headaches.
