If that's the spinning circle thing, it's Chi. An anti-carry support who deals more damage the higher attack damage the enemy has.

I haven't played in a while but I suspect that "Normal" is still an available option that nobody plays. So if you decide to give it another try and you're not into Midwars, make sure you're queueing "Champions of Newerth" as it's the only ranked mode being played in EU/NA.

Extra AA DPS means the damage beyond base damage. And ult makes 3 quick damage instances, nerfed from 5. In short I also have no idea how he one shot silhou, lol
