Man, teach them to pronounce your name right. Don’t go with no American version or anything. If they can pronounce Olajuwon, or Okafor, they can can pronounce Nwigwe. I have an Nw last name too, and I tell anyone who wants to pronounce it to do it right. People are often too cavalier with African names but will bite their tongues to get European names right.
@Msboochie24 жыл бұрын
Manis Themeasure I agree, people are cavalier with names period. It is a sign of disrespect, if a person won't even make a good faith attempt to say your name properly. We name our children after honored family members, the name is apart of their identity. I am American but I hate when people give me a dumbed down version of their name, at least give me an opportunity to learn. Some of the names are so beautiful and meaningful.

Bravo tobe fat nell you all are amazing

There are many mixed reactions as to how Tobe describes how he felt in the beginning but he was being raw and honest. Many people are in relationships and their partners feel how he felt and are not being honest. He had to step back and see the real love he had for FAT. Sometimes you have to walk away versus hurt her until you realize it.
@KenpoKid773 жыл бұрын
Right, they missed the part where he was all the way honest, didn't lead her on. At that point, no one would blame her for moving on, but she knew what she wanted and won him over. That's some serious love where she said, well maybe he just needs my friendship right now, and was willing to just be that.. Like he said, it's hard to deny a woman who accepts everything about you, that simply does not come around often. Wise man for finally pursuing her.
