Actually, Deidara is like Tobi's personality here when he was with Sasori who is timid, serious, and just strict. But, when Sasori died and he's with Tobi, he became more like Sasori. Deidara has acknowledged only one man to be stronger than him with a birght smile and that is Sasori. They are like bros who loves art but in different ways yet understands their differences. He sure was even sulky when Sasori died. Damn, thinking that Sasori himself let Chiyo baasama and Sakura win is so sad to think of. I miss this duo🥺

I am surprised that people here questioning if this is the real personality of obito. From what I read in naruto manga in kakashi's side story, obito is exactly like this. I remember in the characters info, Obito is described as an Uchiha who has personality of Naruto: goofy, unserious, and untalented bcs he activated his sharingan too late (well, he become strong after being taught by madara)

Right? I also think so. I honestly want to see how Obito's life will look like if he was saved and nothing wrong happened to Rin. And his Tobi persona is exactly the one who popped up in my mind if it's happened. Indeed, I think he is a bit overreacting as Tobi since his goofiness is a bit too extreme as an adult. But I can see normal Obito having a more toned down goofy antics in his daily life. I think it's more like how Guy and Kakashi always act when they meet, but Obito will be a bit more cheerful and outgoing. And if the Kyuubi incident still happened even without Obito, I can see him being the one who actually stand in Iruka's position for young Naruto. He will try to cheer up Naruto with his silly act, while still giving Naruto meaningful life lessons.
