I just got mine for my son but it wont let me go past the SCAN THE QR CODE OR MANUAL CODE😭..NEED HELP

If the camera is not allowing you to scan the QR code you should be able to put in the code manually. If you are still stuck on this screen after that I would call tech support as they will be able to help you troubleshoot more specifics.

Can you clarify what you are needing help with? Are you having trouble determining where the device should be placed for the student to be able to view it clearly?
