Yeah, various economists gave their own approach to the Money Market!! Like 1. The Classical Approach says people hold money only for the Transaction motive 2. Cambridge Approach says people hold money for Transactions as well as Precautionary motive 3. Then Lord Keynes said is not about only 2 motives but Transaction, Precautionary and Speculative as well and also explained the LIQUIDITY TRAP BETWEEN the RBI & PUBLIC due to low interest 4. Then comes Baumol and Tobin's Inventory Approach saying we also should consider brokerage fees 5. Lately Friedman's asset price theory ended the debate I guess?

Ma'am i have a question. Isn't when i.r are lower ppl will hold more bonds bcs the bond price will rise ??
